TERMS OF SERVICESThese terms will apply regardless of method you use to contact me and/or to commission me.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service before commissioning me, I may discontinue, modify, remove any parts of these Terms.By commissioning me, you will agree and abide to these Terms of Service.I. General1. Commissioned artworks are strictly for PERSONAL use only.
2. You may NOT trace, edit and/or modify the commission artwork in any form without my permission.
3. You are not allowed, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens(NFTs) and/or AI generator. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with such is strictly prohibited
4. I have the right to decline any commissioners and/or their requests.
5. Commissions may be completed within 3-4 weeks, but this waiting time will vary depending on personal circumstances. I will let you know if the waiting time may exceed this period. If you have a specific deadline, please discuss it with me before payment so I can let you know if I am able to accommodate your request.
6. You may request previews or work in progress of the artwork.
7. Your commissioned piece will be a DIGITAL FILE ( .png ). There will be no shipping of any physical copy or item.
8. There will be no prints or any reproduction of the commissioned artwork.(fanarts)
9. Your commissioned artwork may be included in my portfolio and/or uploaded into public websites. However, all images will be watermarked and only you will have the original piece.
10. Your commission's art process will be streamed on twitch, please let me know if you don't want your commission to be streamed before hand.II. Payment and Additional Fees1. I DO NOT, in any circumstances, accept Bitcoin and/or Ethereum as payment.
2. For commercial work, please discuss with me before filling in the form as the price will greatly vary.
3. Payments must be made ONLY after I have agreed to your commission and send an invoice. Once payment is made, I will start on your drawing as soon I am able.
4. All payments must be made through the Paypal invoice I provided.
5. Additional Fees will be made if the request will have complex details, revisions on a completed artwork, sketches and/or concepts have been rejected three(3)times.III. Refund Policy1. A refund may be requested, if I haven't started on your commission within 2 months.
2. Refunds will not be made, if commission is started and/or completed.
